Our Classes
Foundation Moves
New here? This is a great place to start! We recommend all clients who have not attended Pilates before, or those who have had a long break to attend at least one Foundation Moves class. This class is designed to teach you the foundational movements on the reformer, how to use the equipment safely, and how to get the most out of your workout. This class is layered with different progressions to suit everyone’s ability, age and fitness.
Classes run for 50 minutes.
Reformer
Our Reformer classes are a full body workout using the reformer machine, and occasional props to keep you on your toes. Building on what you learnt in Foundation Moves, we work on your strength, coordination, posture, balance and flexibility with the option of a slightly faster pace. Reformer is layered with different progressions so our beginners are welcome, while our regular participants will be challenged.
Classes run for 50 minutes.
Reformer Flow
The aim of Reformer Flow is to get you warm, and then really wring out your spine and muscles for a good stretch. If your goal is to improve your mobility without overlooking your strength and endurance, this is the class for you. We recommend adding one Flow class to your weekly routine whether you are a beginner or a regular participant.
Classes run for 50 minutes.
Reformer Mobility
Designed for over 55s in mind, you can expect to have a slow and low impact workout in this class. We want your body to move in a good and consistent way to promote balance, strength and mobility, while reducing the aches, pains and stiffness our bodies may begin to feel with age. We want you to enjoy the positive impact of movement in your body and what it can do for the mind too.

Mat Pilates
In this class you will be guided through a series of exercises working with and against your body weight. Mat will awaken your body awareness, strengthen not only your muscles, but also your flexibility and control.
Much like our open level reformer classes, we will incorporate the occasional prop to keep things interesting. This class is suitable for all fitness levels as progressions and modifications can be made.

Reformer Babes
Navigating exercise during pregnancy and postpartum can be overwhelming. Let us take the stress out of it for you and support you on your new journey.
Our instructors are all capable and qualified to nurture, support and care for you in this time. We can’t wait to have you (and baby) in the studio.
Pre-walking babies are welcomed.

Private Classes
We offer 1:1, 2:1 and 3:1 sessions by appointment. These sessions are for those looking for a personalised experience with the Reformer machines and Pilates Instructor. We can assist with the learning the fundamental movements, adjusting to a new studio and getting to know the reformer machines. We are here to help!
